Privacy Act 1988 Disclosure Acknowledgement and Consent

In this Statement, "Cash Converters" means each and every company in the Cash Converters International Limited Group which includes Cash Converters Pty Ltd and Cash Converters Personal Finance Pty Ltd. Each Group company may perform a different role with respect to your loan. For example, one company may act as broker and one may act as lender and this consent is intended to cover the role of each company.

Information about you from which your identity is apparent or can reasonably be ascertained ("your personal information"") will be collected by Cash Converters when you complete and submit this application. It is necessary for Cash Converters to collect your personal information in order to consider your application for a loan and, if approved, to administer your loan contract. Cash Converters will use your personal information for this purpose, for the purpose of giving you information about other products or services Cash Converters may offer to you, and as otherwise authorized or required by law. If you do not provide your personal information we may be unable to consider your application for a loan. On and from 21 December 2001, in most cases you may gain access to your personal information on request. Cash Converters will disclose your personal information as indicated below or as otherwise authorized or required by law.

Notice of disclosure to Credit Reporting Agency

I acknowledge that the Privacy Act allows Cash Converters to give a credit reporting agency certain personal information about my application for credit for the purposes of obtaining a credit report about me or to allow the credit reporting agency to create or maintain a credit information file containing information about me. That information includes:

• (a) permitted identity details about me that allows me to be identified;
• (b) the fact that I have applied for credit and the amount of credit;
• (c) the fact that Cash Converters is a current credit provider to me;
• (d) any loan repayments which become overdue by more than 60 days and for which collection has commenced;
• (e) advice that loan repayments are no longer overdue in respect of any default that has been listed;
• (f) that cheques drawn by me for an amount not less than $100 have been dishonoured more than once;
• (g) information that, in the opinion of Cash Converters, I have committed a serious credit infringement;
• (h) that credit provided by Cash Converters that had previously been notified to a credit reporting agency has been discharged.

Obtaining Credit Reports and Credit Information

If Cash Converters considers it relevant to assessing this Credit application, I authorise Cash Converters to obtain:

• (a) a consumer credit report from a credit reporting agency for the purpose of assessing my application for commercial credit;
• (b) information about me from a credit reporting agency or business which reports on the commercial credit worthiness of persons for the purpose of assessing my application for consumer credit. I agree that Cash Converters may exchange information about my credit arrangements (which can include information about my credit worthiness, credit history, credit standing and credit capacity) with any credit providers named in this application or named in a consumer credit report issued by a credit reporting agency. I understand that this information may be used to assess a credit application by me, to assess my credit worthiness, to exchange information with other credit providers as to the status of this loan where I am/we are in default with other credit providers and to notify other credit providers of any default by me.

Guarantor

I authorise Cash Converters to give to a guarantor or intending guarantor of the proposed credit facility such information about my credit worthiness, credit standing, credit history and credit capacity for the purpose of allowing the guarantor or intending guarantor to decide whether to act as a guarantor or to keep the guarantor informed about the guarantee.

Employer

I also authorise Cash Converters to confirm the details contained in my Application with my employer. A copy of consent may be given to my employer as evidence of that consent.

Bankers' Opinions

I understand that Cash Converters may obtain from banks a banker's opinion about my credit worthiness.

Note: in this document, references to the singular ("I" or "me" for example) include the plural ("We" or "us" for example).

With both cookies and Spotlight technology, the information that we collect and share is anonymous and not personally identifiable. It does not contain your name, address, telephone number, or email address.

Declaration

I:

• declare that the information about me/us set out above is true and correct;
• acknowledge that Cash Converters will rely on this information in considering my application for credit;
• acknowledge, agree and consent to all matters set out above.
